What is it?

International Nonproprietary Name - amorolfine Clinical-pharmacological group: Antifungal agents Composition: Active substance: amorolfine hydrochloride 5.574 g. Excipients: ammonium methacrylate copolymer type A (EUDRQGIT RL 100), triacetin, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, absolute alcohol. Dosage form: Nail lacquer. Pharmacotherapeutic group Antimycotic agent for dermatological use. Indications: Treatment of onychomycoses caused by dermatophytes, yeasts and molds of the nails; Prevention of fungal nail disease; Method of use: For the treatment of each nail, the following steps must be strictly followed: Step 1: Nail preparation Remove any nail polish residue with a nail polish remover. File the entire surface of the nail with the new file, especially the infected surface. Warning To avoid spreading the infection, avoid using the same file on healthy nails. Be careful that no one else uses your file. Step 2: Nail cleansing Use the cleaning wipes included in the package to clean the nail. Keep it and use it later to clean the applicator for applying the lacquer. Step 3: Nail treatment Dip the applicator into the lacquer. Do not wipe the lacquer on the edges of the bottle. Apply the lacquer to the entire surface of the nail. Wait 3 minutes to dry. Repeat these steps for each affected nail. Before reapplying the lacquer, completely remove any remaining lacquer from the nail and re-file the nail. Clean again with a wipe and apply the lacquer as described above. Locerylpro after each use: Thoroughly clean the applicator with a wipe to avoid infecting other nails. Use a nail cleaning wipe. Do not touch the treated nail with the wipe again. Remove lacquer residue from the stopper with the wipe included in the package; Close the bottle tightly with the cap; Dispose of the wipe carefully as it is flammable. Wash your hands thoroughly. However, wait for the lacquer to dry completely when applying it to fingernails. Duration of use: It is important to continue treatment until the mycotic disease is cured and new healthy nail has grown. For fingernails, this requires 6 months, and for toenails, 9-12 months.
