What is it?
Loma-Lux Psoriasis Paste 107g #1 Ingredients: Coal Tar, Dexpanthenol-Provitamin B5, Aloe Vera, Petrolatum, Microcrystalline Wax, Ethanol, Polysorbate-80. Pharmacological Action: Coal tar is the only over-the-counter topical medication that reduces the accelerated renewal of skin cells. Additionally, coal tar use reduces inflammation symptoms, swelling, and itching in psoriatic lesions. It has a keratolytic effect. Provitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol) is a synthetically created Provitamin B5 that stimulates the formation of Vitamin A in the skin, which is necessary for activating metabolic processes in skin cells. As a result of this action, damaged areas are restored. Minor cracks are eliminated. In cases of deep tissue damage, such as psoriasis, the skin urgently needs Vitamin B5 (Dexpanthenol) intake, which manifests as the growth of a healthy renewed upper layer and blockage of irritation. Aloe Vera increases the activity of key components due to its allantoin content, which also retains moisture in the epidermis and promotes healing.
