It has an exfoliating effect. Thanks to plant-based ingredients, it helps restore lipid deficiency and moisture. Ingredients: Coal Tar, Green Tea Leaf and Marigold Flower Extract. Pharmacological Action: Coal Tar, the main ingredient, acts on the symptoms of the disease. Coal Tar is the only over-the-counter topical treatment that reduces the accelerated renewal of skin cells. Additionally, using Coal Tar reduces inflammation symptoms, swelling, and itching in psoriatic lesions. It has a keratolytic effect. After use, itching and dryness disappear, and redness subsides.
