International Nonproprietary Name - hyaluronic acid sodium, comb. drug Clinical-pharmacological group: Obstetrics, gynecology → Vaginal microflora balance regulators Composition: Hyaluronic acid - 10mg Lactic acid - 3.5 pH Polycarbophil (non-estrogen) - 60mg Polycarbophil - 60mg Tocopherol acetate - 5mg Vitamin A - 2mg 18-β-Glycyrrhetinic acid - 15mg Tea tree oil (Terpinen-4-ol isomer) - 2mg Phosphatidylcholine - 2mg Semi-synthetic triglycerides - 2g Hyaluronic acid, polycarbophil, retinoic acid, and tocopherol - create a natural moisturizing effect of the vaginal mucosa, promote epithelization of the vaginal and cervical mucosa, and restore vaginal elasticity. Semi-synthetic triglycerides and tea tree oil have antiviral and antimicrobial activities. Phosphatidylcholine and 18-β-glycyrrhetinic acid - have anti-inflammatory and local analgesic effects. Lactic acid - restores the vaginal "microbiome". Indications: 1. Vaginal burning, itching, dryness, inflammation, redness 2. Restoration of vaginal mucosal hydration 3. Dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse) 4. Rebalancing of vaginal PH 5. Prevention and treatment of vulvovaginal infections 6. Gynecological physioprocedures (DTC, laser therapy, cryotherapy, radiotherapy) 7. Management of menopause 8. Leukoplakia and keratosis Dosage and administration: Lotamil suppositories are prescribed once daily for 5-10 days. It is water-soluble and compatible with latex condoms. Does not contain hormones. Pregnancy and lactation: Clinical studies do not confirm any contraindications, and it is prescribed by the attending physician. Attention: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use orally. Store in a place protected from light and high temperatures (T<30°C). Do not use after the expiration date. Do not exceed the recommended dose without a doctor's advice. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
