Pharmacological Properties: Magnesium: Helps balance nervous system function, positively affects depression and anxiety. L-Phenylalanine: This amino acid participates in mood regulation and the body's reaction to stress. St. John's Wort: Contains hypericin, which inhibits monoamine oxidase, leading to increased levels of neurotransmitters in the brain that regulate mood and emotional stability. St. John's Wort is the only natural antidepressant. Passionflower and Hawthorn: Have antispasmodic and anxiolytic effects. They are indicated for increased emotional, anxious, irritable states, and stress. Valerian: Has muscle relaxant, sedative effects. Its calming effect is beneficial for restlessness and mood swings. L-Tryptophan: An essential amino acid that is a precursor to serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter involved in regulating emotional mood. Saffron: Reduces reuptake of neurotransmitters, increasing their levels, thereby balancing mood. It also has a tonic effect. Vitamin B6: Participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and proteins, thereby improving metabolic processes in the brain. Indications: * Depression * As an adjunct in endogenous depression (especially during menopause) * In complex therapy for gastrointestinal and gallbladder diseases (e.g., irritable bowel syndrome) * Fear with accompanying tension, tachycardia, shortness of breath; * Restlessness, anxiety; * Sleep disturbances; Dosage: Take one tablet once daily, 40 minutes after a meal. Indicated for ages 18 and above. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. It may reduce a child's attention and activity. Side Effects: No side effects have been reported with the use of the product. Warning: Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
