Magnesium Citrate is characterized by particularly rapid absorption by the body, even when taken in small doses. It is absorbed more completely than other magnesium salts. In addition, it is safe even in case of overdose, as the body regulates its absorption itself. Dosage: 1-2 sachets per day. For children under 10 years old, 1 sachet per day. Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The contents of the sachet should be taken orally only.
