Zinc is a cofactor for over 200 enzymes and also possesses strong immunomodulatory properties. Zinc has pronounced strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In combination with Vitamin C and flavonoids, it forms a strong barrier against the damaging effects of free radicals.
