It should be inserted in a way that is comfortable for the user. Emptying/changing is usually sufficient 3-4 times a day. The cup should be removed using the small handle at its base. Hygiene and Disinfection: Before the first use, it is essential to sterilize the cup with a special sterilization liquid or simply by treating it with hot/boiling water – so-called boiling. When boiling, the cup should be kept in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. During the cycle, when using the cup, it is recommended to treat the cup with intimate gel and rinse it with running water or a special liquid each time it is emptied. It should be rinsed for at least 1 minute. It is necessary to disinfect the cup after each cycle, before storage, and before reuse. Size: The menstrual cup comes in several types – according to material firmness and composition, and in several sizes – according to cup volume and diameter. Differences between types: CLASSIC - medium firmness, standard non-allergenic material. SOFT - soft and very flexible non-allergenic material. SPORT - firm, relatively difficult to flex non-allergenic material. Holders: Ring, stem, and perforated handle.
