It should be rinsed for at least 1 minute. It is necessary to disinfect the cup after each cycle, before storage, and before reuse. Size The menstrual cup comes in several types - according to material firmness and composition, and in several sizes - according to cup volume and diameter. Differences Between Types CLASSIC - medium firmness, standard non-allergenic material. SOFT - soft and very flexible non-allergenic material. SPORT - firm, relatively difficult to flex non-allergenic material. Grips: ring, stem, and perforated handle.
