What is it?

It is inserted in a way that is comfortable for the user. Emptying/changing is usually sufficient 3-4 times a day. The cup should be removed by its small handle at the bottom. Hygiene and Disinfection: Before first use, the cup must be sterilized with a special sterilization liquid or simply by treating it with hot/boiling water – so-called boiling. When boiling, the cup should be kept in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. During the cycle, it is recommended to treat the cup with intimate gel and rinse it with running water or a special liquid each time it is emptied. It should be rinsed for at least 1 minute. It is necessary to disinfect the cup after each cycle, before storage, and before reuse. Size: Menstrual cups come in several types – according to material firmness and composition, and in several sizes – according to cup volume and diameter. Differences between types: CLASSIC – medium firmness, standard non-allergenic material. SOFT – soft and very flexible non-allergenic material. SPORT – firm, relatively difficult to flex non-allergenic material. Handles: Ring, stem, and perforated handle.
