- International Name: MEBHYDROLIN Manufacturer: FARMAK UKRAINE Active Substance: MEBHYDROLIN Clinical-Pharmacological Group: H1 - Histamine Receptor Blocker Dosage Form: 50 mg dragees; 100mg tablets, dragees Pharmacological Properties: It weakens the spasmogenic effect of histamine on the smooth muscles of the bronchi and intestines, and also reduces its effect on vascular permeability. It has a less pronounced sedative and hypnotic effect. Indications: Seasonal allergic rhinitis, pollinosis, urticaria, Quincke's edema, food and drug allergies, dermatosis, other allergic reactions. Contraindications: * Hypersensitivity; * Peptic ulcer and other inflammatory diseases of the stomach and duodenum; * Children under 6 years of age. Side Effects: Irritation of the gastrointestinal mucosa, dyspeptic events: heartburn, nausea, epigastric pain, dry mouth. CNS side effects: dizziness, paresthesia, fatigue, drowsiness, visual disturbances, slowed reaction time. Rarely, urinary excretion disorders, allergic reactions, granulomatosis, and agranulocytosis. Dosage: Orally 100–200mg 1–2 times a day.

Обладает слабо выраженным седативным и снотворным эффектом. Показания: Сезонный аллергический ринит, поллиноз, крапивница, отек Квинке, пищевая и лекарственная аллергия, дерматозы, другие аллергические реакции. Противопоказания: * Гиперчувствительность * Язвенная и другая воспалительная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки * Дети до 6 лет Побочные эффекты: Раздражение слизистой оболочки желудочно-кишечного тракта, диспепсические явления: изжога, тошнота, боль в эпигастральной области, сухость во рту. Со стороны ЦНС: головокружение, парестезии, утомляемость, сонливость, нарушение зрения, замедление скорости реакции. Редко нарушение мочеиспускания, аллергические реакции, гранулематоз и агранулоцитоз. Дозировка: Перорально 100–200 мг 1–2 раза в день
