Melaxen B1 Tablet Composition Melatonin - 3 mg Vitamin B6 - 5 mg Magnesium Glycinate - 125 mg Indications: • Enhances sleep duration and quality • Is a powerful antioxidant • Positively affects the cardiovascular system • Strengthens the immune system • Ensures complete rest and recovery Dosage and Administration: For oral administration. Adults - 1 tablet, children - 1/2 tablet once daily, 30-40 minutes before bedtime. Avoid light after administration. As an adaptogen for jet lag: 1 tablet 30-40 minutes before bedtime, 1 day before flight and for the following 2-5 days. Maximum daily dose is 2 tablets per day. Side Effects: Allergic reactions to the preparation's components are possible. In the first days of use, very rarely, swelling may occur. Headache, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, morning drowsiness.
