Melaxen B1 Tablet Composition Melatonin - 3 mg Vitamin B6 - 5 mg Magnesium Glycinate - 125 mg Indications: • Enhances sleep duration and quality • Is a powerful antioxidant • Positively affects the cardiovascular system • Strengthens the immune system • Ensures complete rest and recovery Dosage and Administration: For oral administration. Adults - 1 tablet, children - 1/2 tablet once daily, 30-40 minutes before bedtime. Avoid light after administration. As an adaptogen for jet lag: 1 tablet 30-40 minutes before bedtime, 1 day before flight and for the following 2-5 days. Maximum daily dose is 2 tablets per day. Side Effects: Allergic reactions to the preparation's components are possible. In the first days of use, very rarely, swelling may occur. Headache, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, morning drowsiness. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, severe kidney dysfunction, pregnancy and lactation. Special Instructions: During treatment, avoid driving vehicles and engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and rapid psychomotor reactions. Women planning pregnancy should be informed about the preparation's mild contraceptive effect. Avoid direct exposure to bright light.
