It has a partially short elimination period. Dosage and Administration: For oral administration. Adults: 1 tablet, children: 1/2 tablet once daily, 30-40 minutes before bedtime. After administration, it is necessary to avoid light. As an adaptogen when changing time zones: 1 tablet 30-40 minutes before bedtime, 1 day before flight and for the next 2-5 days. The maximum daily dose is 2 tablets per day. Side Effects: Allergic reactions to the components of the preparation are possible. In the first days of use, very rarely, swelling may occur. Headache, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, morning drowsiness. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, severe renal impairment, pregnancy and lactation. Interactions with Other Drugs: Potentiates the effects of central nervous system depressants and beta-blockers. Simultaneous use with hormonal preparations is not recommended. Incompatible with MAO inhibitors, glucocorticosteroids, and cyclosporines.
