International Nonproprietary Name - Ambroxolum+Salbutamolum+Guaiphenesinum International Nonproprietary Name: Ambroxol, Salbutamol, Guaifenesin. Composition: 1 coated tablet contains: Ambroxol hydrochloride – 15 mg, Salbutamol sulfate, equivalent to Salbutamol 2 mg, Guaifenesin – 100 mg; Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Corn starch, Povidone, Sodium methylparaben, Sodium propylparaben, Citric acid monohydrate, Purified talc, Magnesium stearate, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Ponceau 4R (E 124) colorant, 5 ml of syrup contains: Ambroxol hydrochloride – 15 mg, Salbutamol sulfate, equivalent to Salbutamol 1 mg, Guaifenesin – 50 mg; Excipients: Menthol, Sucrose, Citric acid monohydrate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Glucose, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Sodium saccharin, Propylene glycol, Strawberry essence, Pineapple essence, Sunset Yellow FCF (E 110) colorant, Purified water. Pharmacological group: Broncholytic, mucolytic and expectorant. ATC code: R03CK. Indications: • Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract with productive cough; • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; • Bronchial asthma; • Bronchiectasis; • Bronchiolitis; • Cystic fibrosis. Dosage and administration: Tablets: Children aged 2 to 6 years – 1/2 tablet 3-4 times a day; Children aged 6 to 12 years – 1 tablet 3-4 times a day; Adults and children over 12 years of age – 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day. Syrup: Children aged 2 to 6 years – 2.5 ml 3 times a day; Children aged 6 to 12 years – 5 ml 3 times a day; Adults and children over 12 years of age – 5-10 ml 3 times a day. Side effects: Cardiovascular system: Palpitations, tachycardia; Respiratory system: Rhinorrhea, dryness of the upper respiratory tract; Gastrointestinal tract: Epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth; Nervous system: Headache, tremor; Allergic reactions: Edema, skin rash, redness, facial edema. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, cardiac pathologies, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy and lactation, acute porphyria.
