MENOVAZAN OINTMENT 40g Composition: Active ingredients: 1 g of ointment contains racemic menthol 25 mg, Novocaine (procaine hydrochloride) 10 mg, Anesthesine (benzocaine) 10 mg; Excipients: mineral oil, white soft paraffin, emulsifier T-2, purified water. Indications: Neuralgias, myalgias, arthralgias; dermatoses accompanied by itching. Dosage and administration: Apply externally 2-3 times a day to painful or affected skin areas. The course of treatment depends on the form and course of the disease, as well as the nature of concomitant therapy. The maximum daily dose is 9 g. Children: Not used in children under 12 years of age. Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions: It is not recommended to use with other locally acting agents (enhances the effect of local anesthetic preparations). The components of the preparation (Novocaine, Anesthesine) weaken the antibacterial effect of sulfonamide preparations. When used simultaneously with any other medicinal products, inform your doctor. Special precautions for use: Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There is no experience of using the preparation during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
