HYGIENE AND DISINFECTION Before the first use, it is essential to sterilize the cup with a special sterilization liquid or simply by treating it with hot/boiling water – so-called boiling. During boiling, the cup should be kept in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. When using the cup during your cycle, it is recommended to treat it with intimate gel and rinse it with running water or a special liquid each time you empty it. It should be rinsed for at least 1 minute. It is essential to disinfect the cup after each cycle, before storing it, and before reusing it. SIZE The menstrual cup comes in several types – based on material firmness and composition – and several sizes – according to cup volume and diameter. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TYPES CLASSIC - Medium firmness, standard non-allergenic material. SOFT - Soft and very flexible non-allergenic material. SPORT - Firm, relatively difficult to flex non-allergenic material. Handles: Ring, stem, and perforated handle.
