What is it?

It should be inserted in a way that is comfortable for the user. Emptying/changing is usually sufficient 3-4 times a day. The cup should be removed using the small handle at its base. Hygiene and Disinfection: Before first use, the cup must be sterilized with a special sterilization liquid or simply by boiling in hot/boiling water. When boiling, the cup should be kept in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. During the cycle, it is recommended to clean the cup with intimate gel and rinse with running water or a special liquid each time it is emptied. It should be rinsed for at least 1 minute. The cup must be disinfected after each cycle, before storage, and before reuse. Size: Menstrual cups come in several types - according to material firmness and composition, and in several sizes - according to cup volume and diameter. Differences Between Types: CLASSIC - medium firmness, standard non-allergenic material. SOFT - soft and very flexible non-allergenic material. SPORT - firm, relatively difficult to flex non-allergenic material. Holders: Ring, stem, and perforated handle.
