Hygiene and Disinfection: Before first use, the cup must be sterilized with a special sterilization liquid or simply by boiling in hot/boiling water. During boiling, the cup should be kept in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. When using the cup during your cycle, it is recommended to treat the cup with intimate gel and rinse it with running water or a special liquid each time it is emptied. It should be rinsed for at least 1 minute. The cup must be disinfected after each cycle, before storage, and before reuse. Size: The menstrual cup comes in several types - according to material firmness and composition, and several sizes - according to cup volume and diameter. Differences between types: CLASSIC - medium firmness, standard non-allergenic material. SOFT - soft and very flexible non-allergenic material.
