What is it?
Name - Metlivi #30 Active Ingredients per Tablet: Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) Extract standardized to Cynarin 5% - 200 mg; Ademethionine - 100 mg; Alpha-Lipoic Acid - 100 mg; Choline - 100mg; Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. Artichoke is a source of the antioxidant Cynarin and the prebiotic inulin. The extract participates in the digestive process, phenolic acids and flavonoids are characterized by a hepatoprotective effect. Cynarin stimulates bile production, participates in fat digestion and absorption of vitamins from food. Inulin increases the number of beneficial microorganisms in the intestine. Ademethionine participates in the body's physiological defense mechanism against oxidative stress (precursor of cysteine, one amino acid of glutathione). Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a component of all cells, participates in aerobic metabolism (conversion of glucose into energy using oxygen). Its antioxidant action contributes to diabetes management, reduction of inflammatory processes, and improvement of nervous system function. Choline participates in lipid metabolism, helps the central nervous system control memory and mood, cell membrane formation and repair, lipid breakdown and conversion into energy. Recommended for improving digestion and intestinal microbial balance, for antioxidant activity, for protecting the liver in individuals with alcohol-associated liver damage.
