- Composition Each 10 ml contains: Magnesium Citrate 60 mg, Herbal Components: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 40 mg, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 30 mg, Linden (Tilia platyphyllus) 30 mg, and Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomile) 20 mg. Pharmacological Properties Magnesium (Mg) - is an intracellular active element, and many vital processes of the body depend on magnesium content. Magnesium has a calming effect on the heart and nervous system. It participates in carbohydrate metabolism. Magnesium regulates arterial and intracranial pressure, prevents muscle cramps, and relieves vascular spasms. Magnesium Citrate - is the most favorable form of magnesium for the body to absorb. The pure magnesium content in Magnesium Citrate is approximately 11%. Passionflower - is an effective calming and antispasmodic agent, containing alkaloids, flavonoids, and various sterols.
