Once the tip of the cannula is inserted into the rectum, the entire contents of the container should be emptied by squeezing the container and then slowly withdrawn without releasing the pressure on the container walls. To reduce evacuation, the gluteal muscles should be tensed for as long as possible to allow the medication to act fully. The administration of the prescribed dose is guaranteed, despite the presence of residual medication in the container after administration. Each single-use container should be used only once and discarded after use. If an obstruction is encountered during administration, discontinue use as it may be harmful and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.Overdose of Canova Adults:Intoxication is not expected with overdose.
