What is it?
Thiamine Hydrochloride (Ph. Eur.) 100 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 100 mg Cyanocobalamin 1 mg Indications: Neurological disorders caused by proven deficiency of vitamins B1, B6, and B12, which cannot be corrected by dietary changes alone. Dosage: For severe and acute pain, to achieve high blood concentration and rapid action: initially one injection (2 ml) per day. After the acute stage and in relatively milder cases, 1 injection 2-3 times per week. Weekly medical monitoring is recommended. Transition to the oral form of the preparation should occur at the earliest opportunity. Method of Administration: The injection is administered intramuscularly (i.m.), deeply. The injection solution is intended for intramuscular (i.m.) injection only. Intravenous administration is not permitted. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or any excipients in the preparation. The preparation is not used in cases of severe disorders of cardiac conduction and acute decompensated heart failure. Not for use in children under 12 years of age. Pregnancy and Lactation: For pregnant women and nursing mothers, the safe dose of vitamin B6 is no more than 25 mg per day. Each 2 ml ampoule of this preparation contains 100 mg of vitamin B6, therefore, it is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Storage Conditions: Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C). Store in its original packaging to protect from light.
