What is it?
Oats contain a large amount of dietary fiber and prolong the feeling of fullness, preventing the absorption of harmful cholesterol and sugar. It regulates metabolism and boosts it. It balances gastrointestinal function and is actively used during diet therapy. Ingredients: Pure rolled oats, which undergo multi-stage purification without chemical treatment, 100% of their nutritional value is preserved. Does not contain: GMOs, sugar, aspartame, artificial colors, preservatives. Preparation recommendation: For 1 serving – 40g: Add water to oats and boil for 1 minute. Let it steep in a covered container. To the cooked mass, add milk, salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries, or fruits as desired. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and humidity not exceeding 75%, in a place protected from foreign odors.
