What is it?
Composition: Each tablet contains 36.90 mg dexketoprofen trometamol, equivalent to 25 mg dexketoprofen, and 4 mg thiocolchicoside. Indications: MUFLEXIN PLUS is used for the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, vertebral pain syndrome, non-articular rheumatism, painful muscle spasms, and post-traumatic and post-operative pain. Dosage and Administration: The recommended dose of MUFLEXIN PLUS 25 mg/4 mg film-coated tablets is one tablet 3 times a day. MUFLEXIN PLUS tablets are not intended for prolonged use and treatment should be limited to the symptomatic period. The duration of treatment is 5-7 days. For oral use only. The tablet should be swallowed with a glass of water on a full stomach. If diarrhea develops after oral administration, the dose should be reduced accordingly. Contraindications: MUFLEXIN PLUS is contraindicated in the following cases: Patients with hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen, thiocolchicoside, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or any of the excipients of this product; Patients with flaccid paralysis, muscle hypotonia; Patients with bleeding problems and when using anticoagulants; Patients with active or suspected peptic ulcer/hemorrhage or recurrent peptic ulcer/hemorrhage or chronic dyspepsia in their history; Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in their history, associated with previous therapy with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; Patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; Patients with severe heart failure; Patients with a history of bronchial asthma; Patients with moderate to severe renal dysfunction; Patients with severe liver failure; Patients with hemorrhagic diathesis and other coagulation disorders; Use as a pain reliever before surgery in the case of coronary artery bypass grafting; Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation; Should not be used by patients who have a history of hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., asthma, urticaria, or allergic reactions) to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Severe anaphylaxis-like reactions, rarely fatal, have been reported in patients with hypersensitivity to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Pregnancy and Lactation: MUFLEXIN PLUS is contraindicated during pregnancy. MUFLEXIN PLUS is not used during lactation. Storage Conditions: Store below 25°C at room temperature.
