Indications - Prevention of thromboembolic complications: - for general surgical and orthopedic interventions; - in patients at high risk of thrombosis (with acute respiratory failure and/or respiratory infection and/or heart failure) who are on bed rest due to acute medical pathology or are hospitalized in the resuscitation or intensive care unit. • Treatment of moderate/severe pulmonary embolism or proximal deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs. • Prevention of blood clotting during hemodialysis. • Treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction. Contraindications • Hypersensitivity to calcium nadroparin or any other component of the preparation. • History of severe heparin-induced thrombocytopenia type II (HIT), induced by unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin, or any thrombocytopenia induced by calcium nadroparin. • Thrombocytopenia with a positive test for antiplatelet antibodies in vitro in the presence of calcium nadroparin (see section "Special Precautions"). • Signs of bleeding or increased risk of bleeding associated with hemostasis disorders, except for heparin-induced DIC syndrome. • Organic lesions of organs prone to bleeding (e.g., acute gastric or duodenal ulcer). • Intracranial hemorrhage. • Acute infectious endocarditis. • Severe renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min) in patients receiving calcium nadroparin for the treatment of thromboembolism and venous thrombosis, unstable angina, and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction. • Brain, spinal cord, or eye injuries or operations. • Local and regional anesthesia for elective surgery in patients receiving calcium nadroparin for the treatment of pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, unstable angina, and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction.
