What is it?
Nanomeli - Melatonin Composition: 1 spray of Nanomeli (0.125 ml) contains 0.5 mg of melatonin. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Dietary supplement. Synthetic analog of the epiphysis hormone. Indications: Accelerating falling asleep, improving sleep quality, normalizing biological rhythms during time zone changes, mental relaxation. Dosage and method of administration: 1-2 sprays under the tongue 1 hour before bedtime. As an adaptogen during time zone changes: 1-2 sprays of Nanomeli 1 day before the flight and for the next 2-5 days, 1 hour before bedtime.
