What is it?

International Nonproprietary Name (Active Substance): comb. drug Clinical-Pharmacological Group: Metabolic disorders → Agents affecting phosphorus and calcium metabolism. Agents regulating bone tissue metabolism → Preparations replenishing calcium deficiency in the body Composition: Ca triphosphate Ca3 (PO4)2 - 588.25 mg, Vitamin D3, Cholecalciferol – 0.85mg, Menaquinone K2 – 6.25mg Pharmacological Properties: The preparation's participation in the development of strong bones and healthy teeth is due to Ca3 (PO4)2 in its composition, which is identical to Ca in bone. Ca triphosphate Ca3(PO4)2: Is an important component for the mineralization of skeletal bones and tooth enamel Participates in the process of nerve impulse transmission Is an important component in regulating the excitation-contraction process of the myocardium and smooth muscles Participates in the blood clotting process Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – regulates phosphorus-calcium and bone mineralization processes by increasing calcium absorption in the gastrointestinal tract, and reduces phosphate excretion from the kidneys; it is especially important for the formation of the osteoarticular system and teeth in adolescents. Vitamin K2 (MK-7) (Menaquinone) - by activating osteocalcin, directs Ca++ to bones and tooth enamel, promotes bone tissue formation and regeneration; participates in the formation of matrix GLA protein and ensures the binding of Ca++ in blood vessels and saliva, which protects the vascular wall from the formation of calcifications and prevents plaque development on teeth. Indications: Prophylaxis and treatment of Ca++ deficiency in preschool and school-aged children Ca++ and Vitamin D3 deficiency during unbalanced nutrition Ca++, D3, and K2 deficiency due to insufficient absorption in gastrointestinal diseases Periods of intensive growth Prophylaxis of caries in childhood Complex treatment of fractures Dosage and Administration: 4 years - 10 years: 1 tablet 1 X daily 10 years - 18 years: 1 tablet 2 X daily Take independently of meals. The duration of treatment is 20-30 days. The repetition of the course is determined by the attending physician.
