New Nordic Zucarin Blood Glucose Control Composition: White Mulberry Leaf Extract - 1200mg 2% DNJ (Morus alba L.) - 24mg Chromium - 20.1 mcg Indications: Zucarin is used for blood glucose level control and during diet therapy. Pharmacological Action: Blocks and reduces carbohydrate absorption from food by up to 50%, regulates blood glucose levels, reduces cravings for sweets, appetite, and aids in weight maintenance/loss. Pharmacological Properties: Mulberry leaf extract blocks carbohydrate absorption from food in the intestines. The main active substance of white mulberry, DNJ (1-deoxynojirimycin), inhibits alpha-glucosidase, preventing the breakdown of complex carbohydrates into glucose and thus regulating blood sugar balance. Chromium improves insulin function and helps normalize blood glucose levels. Dosage: Recommended for adolescents and adults aged 14 and above, 1 tablet 3 times a day, before meals, with water.
