Name - Newmezole - ნიუმეზოლი Vaginal 6 Suppositories Indications Local treatment of specific and non-specific vulvovaginitis, especially when these conditions are associated with vaginal lesions. Treatment of vulvitis, vaginitis, bacterial and irritated cervix, candidiasis, trichomoniasis, and leukorrhea of any etiology. Dosage and Administration At the initial stage of treatment, use 1-2 vaginal suppositories per day. After symptom improvement, use 1 suppository per day before bedtime until complete recovery. Gently and deeply insert into the vagina. Use for at least 5-10 days. Side Effects Rarely, burning, itching, and vulvovaginal irritation may occur. Given that the absorption of active ingredients from the vaginal mucosa has not been established, systemic effects cannot be ruled out. The risk increases in patients with renal insufficiency. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product or imidazole derivatives. First trimester of pregnancy. Lactation. Patients with hematological diseases. Active diseases of the central nervous system. Storage Conditions and Stability Store at room temperature 15-30°C (59-86°F). Avoid heat (>30°C or 86°F).
