NOGAST L ORAL SUSPENSION 100ML Composition: 5 ml suspension contains: Active ingredients: Aluminum hydroxide - 300 mg, Magnesium oxide - 350 mg, Simethicone - 100 mg. Indications: Diseases of the digestive tract accompanied by increased and normal secretory function, meteorism (excessive gas formation in the intestines). Used in combination with other medications for diseases such as: Gastric and duodenal ulcer disease in the exacerbation phase; Acute gastritis, chronic gastritis in the exacerbation phase; Gastric and duodenal erosions; peptic ulcer; diaphragmatic hiatus hernia; Reflux esophagitis; duodenogastric reflux; It can also be taken for epigastric discomfort and pain, heartburn, belching, which develop as a result of improper nutrition, excessive consumption of alcohol, coffee, and nicotine. Dosage and administration: Suspension for internal use. Adults take 5 ml 1 hour after meals (unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor). In case of reflux esophagitis, the preparation is taken shortly after meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 months. For episodic use (discomfort after improper nutrition) - a single dose of 5 ml. For children aged 10-16 years, the dosage is determined by the attending physician (usually ½ of the adult dose). Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; severe renal impairment (due to the risk of increased concentration of magnesium and aluminum ions in blood serum, due to slowed excretion by the kidneys); Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
