Name - Nuroplex B12 #30 tablets Composition: Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) – 1000 mcg Methylcobalamin (Vit. B12) is the active form of B12. Compared to cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin is transported much better in nervous tissue. It plays an important role in the synthesis of methionine from homocysteine. By reducing homocysteine levels, methylcobalamin protects blood vessel walls from damage and prevents clot formation. Methylcobalamin also promotes the synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids involved in transmethylation reactions, which are important for the regeneration of damaged nerve tissues. Methylcobalamin directly participates in the myelination process of axons, protects brain cells from neurotoxicity by increasing methylation, participates in the synthesis of the sleep hormone melatonin and regulates sleep, has a detoxifying and hepatoprotective effect. Methylcobalamin is essential for blood formation, promotes erythrocyte maturation, and reduces the risk of megaloblastic anemia. Nuroplex B12 is recommended for use in complex therapy of pernicious, megaloblastic, vitamin B12 deficient anemia and other types of anemias, diabetic and peripheral neuropathies, peripheral neuritis, pain syndrome, depression, sleep disorders, cognitive dysfunction, chronic fatigue. It is also recommended for use in various types of dermatoses, hypotrophy, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, ulcerative colitis, and to improve visual function. Recommended use: 1 tablet per day, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement is not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet.
