It regulates metabolism in cartilaginous tissue. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, reducing: pain at rest and during exertion, and the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Glucosamine is necessary for the production of glycosaminoglycans. Glycosaminoglycans are the main structural units for joints, cartilage, and connective tissue, ensuring the structural integrity and strength of cartilage. The complex of glycosaminoglycans is the main component of synovial fluid, which lubricates the joints and ensures their free movement. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces joint pain, and promotes the restoration of cartilaginous tissue, slows down the development of degenerative processes in joints, stimulates proteoglycan synthesis, and reduces the activity of joint-damaging enzymes. Glucosamine eliminates damage caused by disorders of joint metabolism, infectious-allergic processes, and trauma. Chondroitin sulfate ensures the strength and resilience of cartilaginous tissue, provides flexibility and elasticity, and prevents joint dehydration. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic sulfur-containing product that participates in the formation of collagen fibrous structure, which contributes to the correct formation of cartilage and bone tissues. Hydrolyzed collagen promotes the regeneration of damaged cartilage. Turmeric (dry extract of Curcuma) has an anti-inflammatory action analogous to hydrocortisone acetate and/or indomethacin. Calcium and magnesium are essential micronutrients for maintaining normal bone structure and function. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) regulates calcium metabolism - facilitating its absorption in the intestines. Special instructions: The use of products containing curcumin is contraindicated in the presence of bile duct obstruction.
