Ocutears Hydro+ is a sterile, preservative-free moisturizing ophthalmic solution. The drops contain cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (0.2%), which is designed to relieve the symptoms of "dry eye" and eye discomfort, and also protects the cornea. Composition: Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 0.2%, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, boric acid, sodium chloride, water for injection. Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gives the solution high viscoelasticity, ensuring a high degree of hydration of the eye surface, as well as rapid relief of "dry eye" symptoms such as pain, burning, stinging, gritty sensation, eye fatigue, heaviness in the eyes, or tearing. What is Ocutears Hydro+ used for? Ocutears Hydro+ is intended to relieve the symptoms of "dry eye", relieve eye discomfort, and protect the cornea, acting as a tear substitute that provides long-lasting hydration. Ocutears Hydro+ is beneficial in the following cases: - Prolonged exposure to sunlight - Exposure to air conditioning - Prolonged viewing of digital screens - Contact with cleaning agents Ocutears Hydro+ can also help with post-operative discomfort after eye surgery. How to use Ocutears Hydro+? For instillation into the eye. Do not swallow. Recommended dosage is 1-2 drops in each eye once or several times a day, as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Wash your hands before opening the bottle and observe hygiene rules during use. Do not touch the eye surface with the dropper tip of the bottle. 1. When opening for the first time, pull and completely remove the tamper-evident band. 2. Carefully squeeze the bottle and instill 1 drop into the eye. 3. Close the bottle tightly after use. Contraindications Do not use if you have an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to any component of Ocutears Hydro+. Side effects As with the use of other eye drops, mild temporary discomfort associated with instillation of the product may occur. Inform your doctor or pharmacist about any side effects. How to store Ocutears Hydro+ Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C. Do not freeze. Protect from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf life: 24 months. Use within 90 days of opening the bottle. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
