Elemental Iron (Iron Bisglycinate) - 30mg 2. Vitamin C - 60mg Mechanism of Action: Oligofer is a therapeutic/supportive agent for iron deficiency anemia, whose effectiveness is due to the synergistic action of its active components. The preparation contains iron bisglycinate, which is a chelated form and, unlike other iron compounds, is absorbed in the large intestine, is deposited for a long time, and does not have the characteristic side effects of iron. In iron bisglycinate, iron is in a bivalent form. These distinctive properties of Oligofer ensure its high effectiveness. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and further enhances iron absorption. Indications: 1. Iron deficiency anemia 2. Anemia caused by bleeding from hemorrhoidal nodes 3. Menometrorrhagia 4. Anemia in pregnant and lactating women 5. Postoperative anemia Contraindications: Hypersensitivity/allergy to any of its components, liver failure, hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis. Special Instructions: The preparation is taken from the first trimester of pregnancy and during lactation. Dosage and Duration of Treatment: For prophylaxis, take one capsule once a day. For therapeutic purposes, its dosage is determined by a doctor. Storage Conditions: Oligofer should be stored at room temperature, protected from light, and out of reach of children.
