What is it?
Krilomax Syrup - Syrup with Mango Flavor 150 ml Composition: Each 10 ml of syrup contains: Fish oil - 2350 mg, Eicosapentaenoic acid – 376 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid - 235 mg, Total Omega-3 – 705 mg. Excipients: Purified water, Xylitol (E 967), Polysorbate 80 (E 433), Vitamin E, Mango flavoring, Guar gum (E 412), Calcium acetate, Citric acid (E 433), Potassium sorbate (E 202), Sodium benzoate (E 211), Xanthan gum (E 415), Peach flavoring, Sucralose (E 955). Pharmacological Properties: Fish oil contains vitamins A and D and polyunsaturated fatty acids. It stimulates serotonin release, reduces aggressiveness in stressful situations, and inhibits the development of dementia. EPA and DHA belong to polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are components of lipids. They help maintain the mobility, permeability, and integrity of cell membranes. They are essential for the development of the fetal brain and visual organ in pregnant women. DHA regulates the development of adipose tissue in the body. Total Omega-3 reduces insulin resistance and the risk of developing diabetes. It is essential for the formation of cell membranes, mitochondria, myelin sheaths of nerves, and connective tissue. Pharmacological Action: It is a complex of highly effective semi-unsaturated fatty acids, essential for the normal functioning of cell membranes, and for the normal development and functioning of the visual, nervous, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal systems; it helps maintain the balance between cholesterol and triglycerides in the body. It reduces the risk of developing metabolic syndrome. It improves metabolism, increases physical and intellectual capabilities, and improves memory. It ensures the mineralization of bones and teeth and prevents the development of rickets. It increases the body's resistance to infectious diseases. Indications: Hypertriglyceridemia, endogenous hypertriglyceridemia, as an adjunct to diet when dietary measures are insufficiently effective: Type IV monotherapy Type IIb/III in combination therapy with statins, when triglyceride levels are insufficiently controlled. Dosage and Administration: 0-12 months: 2.5 ml once daily; 1-7 years: 5 ml once daily; 7-12 years: 10 ml once daily; 12 years and above: 10 ml 1-2 times daily. Take during or after meals. Side Effects: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; Gastrointestinal tract: dyspepsia, nausea, abdominal pain.
