Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are an important component in the development of a child's body: (DHA) is the building block of brain and eye retina cell membranes, while (EPA) promotes neuronal growth. Omega-3 (Children's) is designed specifically for children, aiming to ensure the proper functioning of the brain and visual system. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids improve vision, memory, concentration, behavior, and enhance learning and problem-solving abilities. The anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and antiallergic properties of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are due to the presence of the eicosanoid system in their composition. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are competitive antagonists of arachidonic acid at the cyclooxygenase-lipoxygenase level, which is manifested by modification of the prostaglandin and leukotriene spectrum, reduction of the production of inflammation and allergy inducers, platelet adhesion, vasoconstriction, aggregation activation, etc. Vitamin A (retinol) participates in redox and metabolic processes, promotes proper functioning of the visual apparatus, reduces fatigue after physical exertion, and is necessary for normal growth and development of the child and for fighting viral diseases. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) regulates phosphorus-calcium and bone mineralization processes by increasing calcium absorption in the gastrointestinal tract, and reduces phosphate excretion from the kidneys; Vitamin D3 is especially important for the formation of the musculoskeletal system and teeth in adolescents. Vitamin E (tocopherol) acts as an inhibitor of free radical reactions, has antioxidant properties, suppresses the formation of hydrogen peroxide, which damages cell and subcellular membranes essential for the normal functioning of the body. It promotes the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems.
