What is it?
International Name - Omega-3 (EPA,DHA), Vit.D3 Composition Omegami D3 1000 mg - One soft gelatin capsule contains 1000 mg of active substance Omega-3 (EPA 18% / DHA 12%) and 1000 IU of Vitamin D3. Omegami D3 2000 mg - One soft gelatin capsule contains 1000 mg of active substance Omega-3 (EPA 18% / DHA 12%) and 2000 IU of Vitamin D3. Omegami D3 5000 mg - One soft gelatin capsule contains 1000 mg of active substance Omega-3 (EPA 18% / DHA 12%) and 5000 IU of Vitamin D3. Indications - Prevention of Vitamin D deficiency in high-risk groups (malabsorption, chronic small intestine diseases, biliary cirrhosis of the liver, post-gastric and/or small intestine resection period); - Arthroses and arthritides of various etiologies; - Diseases of the musculoskeletal system: fractures, osteomyelitis, osteoporosis, and others; - Autoimmune diseases: multiple sclerosis, systemic scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis; - Prevention of osteomalacia (in patients over 45 years of age with impaired mineral metabolism, in case of prolonged immobilization due to trauma, when following diets that exclude milk and dairy products); - Hypocalcemia; - Hypocalcemic tetany; - Hypertriglyceridemia associated with overweight, diabetes, hypertension, and atherosclerosis; - Prevention of conditions caused by dyslipidemia (impaired lipid metabolism); - Atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, arterial hypertension; - Prevention of hypoparathyroidism and pseudohypoparathyroidism; - Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum; - Prevention of malignant neoplasms; - Diabetes mellitus and prevention of its complications; - Nervous system diseases: memory impairment, decreased attention, amnesia, dementia, Alzheimer's disease; - Skin diseases: psoriasis, eczema, neurodermatitis, and others, trophic ulcers; - To maintain the health of pregnant women and their fetuses (premature birth, low fetal weight). Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components. Precautions Vitamin A, ascorbic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, magnesium enhance the action of Omegami D3. It is not recommended to combine Omegami D3 with fibrates (clofibrate, ciprofibrate, fenofibrate, etofibrate, gemfibrozil). Effect on driving and operating machinery Omegami D3 does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. Dosage and Administration Omegami D3 1000 mg - 1-2 capsules per day during or after meals. Omegami D3 2000 mg - 1 capsule per day during or after meals. Omegami D3 5000 mg - 1 capsule per day during or after meals. The dose is selected by the doctor individually, depending on the degree of Vitamin D3 deficiency in the body and the reaction to the administered dose. Capsules should be swallowed whole with water. Duration of administration - at least 3 months. The course can be repeated. Side Effects When using Omegami D3, a fishy taste in the mouth may occur, which is characteristic of the first days of intake. Allergic reactions may occur.
