What is it?
Composition Each 3 ml contains: Diclofenac Sodium BP 75.0 mg Betamethasone Sodium Phosphate BP equivalent to Betamethasone 2.0 mg Hydroxocobalamin USP 10.0 mg Indications - For severe inflammatory and painful conditions, especially with a neuritic component - Joint and extra-articular rheumatic conditions - Fibrositis - Myalgia - Low back pain - Sciatica - Traumatic sprains Method of administration and dosage Dosage is determined individually according to the patient's medical criteria and clinical picture. As a guideline, the following is recommended as an average dose: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 to 2 ampoules per day, intramuscularly, for no more than 3 days, unless medically indicated. Method of administration: To reduce the risk of discomfort at the injection site or local side effects, it is recommended to carefully follow the rules for the use of injectable preparations, paying particular attention to the asepsis of the application site. Observe the rules of asepsis during use. Inject as deeply as possible. Inject slowly. Gently massage the area to facilitate fluid distribution. Contraindications Opeblok should not be used in the following conditions: - History of allergy to any component of the product - Active gastrointestinal ulcer - Severe hepatic and/or renal insufficiency - Decompensated heart failure - Asthmatic patients with severe hypertension with a history of precipitation of acute attacks of asthma, rhinitis or urticaria by acetylsalicylic acid or other prostaglandin synthesis inhibitors - Active tuberculosis - Systemic mycoses - Viral diseases - Acute glomerulonephritis - Acute psychosis - Osteoporosis - Hepatic porphyria - Pregnancy - Lactation - Children under 12 years of age Storage Store in a dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
