What is it?
A product with scientifically proven efficacy for the prevention and adjuvant treatment of cervical lesions caused by the HPV virus. Papilocare® 5.0 ml #7 vaginal gel is recommended for women infected with HPV (over 18 years of age), regardless of whether they have virus-induced lesions (ASCUS or LSIL). Papilocare® ensures re-epithelialization, repair, rehydration, antioxidant protection, and immunomodulation of the mucous membrane, as well as general antiseptic, antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiviral effects. Composition: Hyaluronic acid niosomes: Improve superficial tissue hydration, ensuring mucous membrane elasticity. Beta-glucan niosomes: Enhance the immune and antioxidant protection of the mucous membrane. Centella asiatica phytosomes: Have a reparative effect on the mucous membrane. BioEcolia®: Alpha-oligosaccharide, stimulates the growth of beneficial bacterial flora and restores the balance of microorganisms in the cervical and vaginal area. Aloe Vera: Hydrates and regenerates the mucous membrane. Coriolus versicolor: Repairs cervical and vaginal lesions/micro-lesions. The polysaccharide it contains has antiviral, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and restorative effects. Due to its antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties, it is often used in anti-cancer treatments. Neem extract: Soothes irritated mucous membranes, promotes the repair of damaged tissue, and has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiseptic effects. Indications: In case of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection Treatment of cervical mucous membrane lesions caused by HPV Prevention and treatment of HPV-related changes Cervical dysplasia, precancerous condition Dryness of the cervical and vaginal mucous membrane For the restoration of mucous membranes damaged by HPV or inflammation To reduce irritation, itching, and inflammation in the cervical and vaginal area Usage: The duration of treatment is 6 months, but can be extended as prescribed by a doctor. It is important to complete the full course of treatment for desired results. It is recommended to start treatment after menstruation. In the first month, use one cannula per day for 21 days, then take a 7-day break. From the 2nd to the 6th month, use one cannula every other day for 21 days. The recommendation to stop treatment with Papilocare® gel during menstruation is related to patient comfort and not clinical incompatibility. It is advisable to use Papilocare® gel before bedtime. Side effects: Papilocare® has a high safety profile and no serious adverse reactions were observed in clinical studies. The only side effect is irritation after use (frequency less than one in 10,000), which is more common in women with very sensitive or significantly damaged genital areas, or in postmenopausal patients with high vaginal pH (pH=7). If this effect occurs, increase the intervals between doses (every 3 days) and consult a doctor. Special instructions: Papilocare® gel should not be used by patients who are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients. If you experience discomfort after use, discontinue use and consult a doctor. There is no data on the use of Papilocare® gel in patients using vaginal contraceptives (e.g., vaginal ring, female condom). Therefore, Papilocare® gel is not recommended for women using these types of contraceptives. Use during pregnancy should only be under medical supervision. Storage: 2–25 °C.
