Treatment in children for more than 3 days without medical supervision is not recommended. Adults and children over 15 years (body weight 50kg and above): Usually 2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day. Maximum single dose is 3 tablets (990mg paracetamol). Maximum daily dose is 12 tablets (3960mg paracetamol). No more than 12 tablets per day. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours. In patients with impaired liver or kidney function, Gilbert's syndrome, and the elderly, the interval between doses should be at least 8 hours, and the daily dose should be reduced accordingly.
