Properties

What is it?

Composition: Active substances: Chamomile flower extract, Clove bud extract, Eucalyptus oil, Peppermint oil, Rosemary oil, Ylang-ylang oil, Lavender oil, Sodium chloride, Acetic acid. Pharmacological action: The mechanism of action of "Paranol" is completely different from that of chemical anti-lice agents: the solution suffocates the insects' respiratory pathways, suffocates and kills parasites. The action of the solution encases the lice eggs with a film and weakens their attachment to the hair. The acidic environment also helps to dissolve the substances that facilitate the adhesion of eggs to the hair, thus making them easier to comb out or wash off. The natural plant oils and extracts in the preparation reduce inflammation, itching, and allergic reactions on the skin caused by the effect of lice saliva on the body, help restore the damaged structure of the skin and hair, and improve metabolic processes in the scalp. Indication: Pediculosis of the hairy part of the head (anti-lice and anti-nits agent). Method of use and dosage: The spray should be applied to dry hair. Shake the bottle well before use and spray onto unwashed hair, just enough to moisten it. Distribute the preparation well through the hair, rub into the scalp. Ensure all areas are covered with the solution. Wrap the hair, leave the solution on the head for at least 30 minutes. It is desirable to extend the time to 1 hour. After this, carefully comb the hair with a special comb, dipping the comb into soapy water after each combing, combing from top to bottom (from the roots to the ends of the hair). After this procedure, wash the hair with shampoo. It is recommended to repeat the procedure after 5-8 days to destroy newly hatched insects from the eggs. Side effects: May cause a burning sensation on the skin locally. Contraindications: Use is contraindicated for individuals who have increased sensitivity to any component of the preparation; not used in children under 2 years of age; pregnancy and lactation: not studied. Therefore, it is advisable to consult a doctor before using the preparation. Overdose: No cases of overdose have been recorded. Caution: Avoid getting the solution in the eyes. In such cases, rinse the mucous membrane of the eye with warm water. Oral (internal) administration of the preparation is not allowed. Dosage form: Primary packaging: 100ml solution in a spray bottle with a dispenser. Secondary packaging: 1 bottle in a cardboard box with instructions. Shelf life: 2 years. Use of the preparation is not allowed after the expiry date or if defects are found during visual inspection. Dispensing rule: Group III, dispensed without a prescription. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature of 15-250C, protected from light and out of reach of children.
