Pedia Veli D3-800 IU Indications: • Treatment and prevention of Vitamin D deficiency • Treatment and prevention of rickets • Hypocalcemic tetany • Treatment and prevention of bone and joint diseases • Malabsorption, lactose intolerance • Diseases caused by Vitamin D deficiency Dosage: Children 1-18 years - 600-800 IU Daily doses for rickets treatment: Infants from birth to 12 months - 2000 IU for 6-12 months, then a maintenance daily dose of 400 IU Children 1-18 years - 2000 IU for 6-12 months, then a maintenance daily dose of 800 IU. In some cases, for children at high risk, treatment with higher doses may be necessary at the doctor's discretion. Composition: Vitamin D3 800 IU (Cholecalciferol)
