Pedia Veli Fluoride Pedia Veli Fluoride helps maintain oral health by making teeth resistant to cavities. According to the World Health Organization, 2.4 billion people worldwide have permanent tooth decay, and 486 million children have deciduous tooth decay. Fluoride in small doses strengthens tooth enamel during and after the mineralization period. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends fluoride use in children up to 16 years of age if they do not consume fluoridated drinking water. Indications: Pedia Veli Fluoride is prescribed from 6 months of age, or from the time teeth erupt. From 6 months to 3 years: 2 drops (0.25 mg) From 3 years to 6 years: 4 drops (0.50 mg) From 6 years to 16 years: 8 drops (1 mg)
