Dosage and administration AMPEKORI FORTE is taken orally, one tablet once a day. The dose of the preparation is selected after preliminary titration of the doses of its individual components. It is advisable to take the tablets in the morning, before meals. Additional data related to special patient groups Patients with renal insufficiency The preparation is contraindicated in patients with severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min). Patients with moderate renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance 30-60 ml/min) AMPEKORI FORTE at doses of 5 mg/2.5 mg/8.14 mg and 10 mg/2.5 mg/8.14 mg is contraindicated. Treatment should be initiated by selecting doses of monocomponents. Constant medical supervision includes regular monitoring of creatinine and potassium concentrations in blood plasma. Concomitant use of perindopril with aliskiren is contraindicated in patients with impaired renal function (GFR less than 60 ml/min/1.73 m2). Patients with hepatic insufficiency The preparation is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency. In case of mild and moderate hepatic insufficiency, dose selection should be done with caution, as there are no clear recommendations for amlodipine dosing for this group of patients. Pediatric patients Currently, there is no data on the safe and effective use of the preparation in children and adolescents. Elderly patients In elderly patients, perindoprilat excretion is slowed down. Treatment should be carried out taking into account renal function. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 C, in the original packaging and out of reach of children.
