The product is derived from a plant source - algae grown in ecologically clean conditions. It does not contain toxic impurities and heavy metals, which is its advantage. DHA is an important structural component of the phospholipid layer of the cell membrane, found in particularly large amounts in the brain and the retina of the eye. DHA is essential for the normal development of the nervous system and visual analyzer in fetuses and newborns. DHA is responsible for the development of cognitive functions in newborns. DHA reduces the risk of developing allergic diseases and metabolic syndrome. DHA is particularly important in premature and low birth weight newborns.
