- Composition: Each capsule contains D-Mannose 500 mg Cranberry Concentrate (Vaccinium subg. Oxycoccus) 50:1 300 mg Hibiscus Flower Extract (Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis) (5% Flavones) 100 mg Corn Extract Zea Mays 15 mg Action of Constituent Components: Cranberry extract contains bioflavonoids, proanthocyanidins, triterpenoids, vitamins C and B group, vitamin PP, microelements: sodium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, cobalt, copper, zinc. Cranberry extract prevents the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms in the urethra and bladder and their adhesion to the epithelium of the urinary tract. It can change the pH of urine to create an unfavorable environment for bacterial growth. Cranberry has antibacterial action, especially active against E.coli. Cranberry also exhibits anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancerogenic effects. Cranberry improves kidney function and increases diuresis. It also has a spasmolytic effect. Hibiscus extract is a source of organic acids, vitamins, polysaccharides, and bioflavonoids, which have a bacteriostatic effect on most urogenital tract pathogens (Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter spp., Candida spp.). It has anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties, exhibits an adhesive effect, which prevents microorganisms from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract, their development, and proliferation. Formation of large amounts of salts (urates, oxalates, phosphates, carbonates) in the kidneys, minor urolithiasis (prevention, as part of complex therapy).
