Redia Powder Oral Sachet Composition: Each sachet contains 4 g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose fiber. Gluten-free. Sugar-free. Lactose-free. Dosage for adults: Once daily, 20 minutes before a main meal. Empty the contents of one Redia sachet into an empty glass. Fill the glass with 200 ml of still, cold, or tap water. Stir the drinkable solution well with a spoon. The solution should be consumed immediately without chewing. Then, drink one glass of water. Sufficient water intake throughout the day is necessary.
