What is it?

The product does not contain preservatives. Indications The single-use product is recommended for instillation or cleansing of the nose in young children for the following purposes: - For daily hygiene of nasal passages - To stimulate mucus expulsion when nasal passages are blocked - As an adjunct in the treatment of nasopharyngeal infections. Dosage and administration Sterile sea water solution – for daily nasal hygiene It is a natural product and is a physiological, sterile sea water solution. It is naturally rich in mineral salts and marine trace elements. Marimer is recommended for infants, children, and adults for daily cleansing of nasal passages, especially when the nose is dry and blocked. Proper nasal hygiene helps protect the mucous membrane from external factors (such as cold weather, allergies, dry air, pollution...) and ensures normal breathing through the nose. A single-dose product for single use has been created to ensure proper hygiene when using this product. How to use The single-dose packaging ensures easy and safe use of the product. Remove the vial from the packaging and remove the cap. The tip of the vial can be used as a cap. When using the solution, follow the instructions: - The nose should be thoroughly cleared first. - Infants should be placed in a lying position, while children should be in a sitting or standing position with their head tilted to the side. - Place the tip of the vial in the nostril and press gently. - Repeat the same in the other nostril. - The head should be tilted upwards to expel mucus, and excess fluid should be wiped away. - To prolong the effect of the product, the nose should not be cleared immediately after administration of the product. Dosage For daily hygiene: 1-4 sprays in each nostril per day. For blocked nasal passages: 4-6 times a day in each nostril, as needed, before using other local therapies. Special instructions - To avoid the risk of middle ear infection in infants, the product should be instilled with minimal pressure. - The product should be stored out of reach of children. Warnings - The sterile single-dose packaging is for single use. - Opened or damaged product must not be used.
