International Nonproprietary Name - comb. drug Clinical-pharmacological group: Anti-inflammatory agents → Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents → Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents for systemic use Diclofenac sodium 75 mg + Betamethasone 2 mg + Vitamin B1 100 mg + Vitamin B6 100 mg + B12 10 mg Intramuscular injection Prescription drug Composition: Each ampoule I contains: Thiamine hydrochloride 100mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride +100 mg; Cyanocobalamin 10 mg; Excipients in the required amount 3 ml. Each ampoule II contains: Diclofenac natrium 75 mg; Betamethasone (sodium phosphate) 2 mg; Excipients in the required amount 3 ml. Therapeutic action Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antineurotic medication. Dosage and method of administration The medication is administered only deep intramuscularly and both ampoules must be mixed together. Administered once daily at the doctor's discretion. Adverse reactions Rarely, patients may experience pain and/or induration at the injection site, especially abscess and necrosis in adult diabetic patients. Gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, diarrhea). In isolated cases, the preparation may cause urticaria, eczema, and skin rash. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to any active ingredient. Stomach or duodenal ulcer in the formation stage. Kidney or liver failure. As with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, diclofenac sodium is contraindicated in patients suffering from asthmatic attacks, urticaria, or acute rhinitis after the use of aspirin or other prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors. Active tuberculosis, decompensated heart failure, systemic mycosis, acute severe hypertension, pregnancy, lactation. Warnings and precautions In patients with gastrointestinal problems, a history of gastrointestinal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, limited liver function, the preparation is prescribed under strict indications and medical supervision. Since prostaglandins play an important role in renal irrigation, this product should be prescribed with great caution in patients with impaired cardiac or renal function, as well as in individuals taking diuretics or who have undergone surgery. In isolated cases, when a patient is taking the medication and develops a peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, the medication should be discontinued. In elderly patients, the preparation should be prescribed with caution in accordance with general medical principles. During long-term treatment with the preparation, as with other potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, blood tests, kidney and liver function control are necessary for preventive purposes. Patients suffering from dizziness or other central nervous system disorders should not drive vehicles or operate other machinery. During long-term treatment, steroid treatment effects may be observed, which spontaneously disappear with gradual dose reduction.
