Rosehip 80g Instructions for Use Product Name: Rosehip 80g International Nonproprietary Name: Fructus Rosae Dosage Form: Herbal Raw Material. Rosehip 80g in a cardboard box. External Description: Whole, cleaned of hairs and pedicels, false fruits of various shapes (spherical, ovoid, or elongated oval); length – 0.7 - 3 cm, diameter – 0.6 - 1.7 cm. At the tip of the fruit, there is a small round cavity or a spot-like pentagonal area. The fruits consist of a fleshy, juicy hypanthium when ripe, and numerous achenes located in its cavity. The walls of the dried fruit are hard, brittle, the surface – shiny, more or less wrinkled. The inside of the fruit is lined with long, coarse hairs. The achenes are small, elongated, weakly angular. Fruit color from orange-red to dark red, achenes – light yellow, sometimes dark. Odorless, taste – sour-sweet, slightly astringent. Composition: Rosehip contains ascorbic acid, vitamins B1, B2, PP, P, flavonoids, carotenoids, tannins, citric acid, iron, magnesium, and potassium. Indications: For vitamin C deficiency in the body. Preparation Method: Pour 2 tablespoons of raw material over 2 cups / 400ml / hot water, boil for 5 minutes. Let stand for 1 hour. Dosage: Take 1/2 cup 3 times a day after meals.
